Brugge, known for its picturesque canals and medieval architecture, is a captivating starting point for our bike tour. On the journey from this Unesco heritage city towards Amsterdam you will experience the enchanting landscapes of both Belgium and the Netherlands.

The route from Brugge to Amsterdam can be divided into several segments, allowing for leisurely exploration and breaks at various attractions. Start your ride along the scenic bike paths that wind through fields and stunning vistas of green landscapes.

In Ghent, the vibrant culture and impressive medieval buildings make it an ideal place to relax and explore local sights, such as the Gravensteen castle or the Saint Bavo's Cathedral.

Continuing on from Ghent, you will head towards Antwerp, a city rich in art and fashion. And let’s not forget beer, we will visit one of Bob’s favorite beer bars this evening a short walk from the hotel.

Crossing into the Netherlands, the terrain becomes increasingly flat, making it easier to enjoy the cycling experience. Towns along the route, such as Breda, Gouda and Utrecht, provide opportunities to rest and appreciate local Dutch culture.

As you approach Amsterdam, the landscape transforms into a series of beautiful canals. Amsterdam, with its unique architecture, vibrant neighborhoods, and countless museums, awaits you.

Had a wonderful bike ride and beer tour with Bob! It was well planned out with lots to see and experience from a local perspective. The accommodations were excellent and all centrally located to the amazing cities we visited. Would definitely do another tour with Bob!
